Snow Removal Guidelines
When snowfall exceeds two inches, an order for snow removal (private streets, driveways, and sidewalks) will be placed. When possible, please have private streets and driveways clear of vehicles for more effective services.

Owner's Responsibilities: Wood Rot and Stucco Repair
Owners are responsible for repair of wood rot. It is important that all wood rot be repaired prior to trim painting. Owners may obtain paint for touch up of repaired wood from Architecture Director.
Owners are also responsible for repair of stucco. Owners may obtain paint for touch up of repaired wood from Architecture Director.
